“The general purpose of CSCC is to encourage planned trips, events and social activities for members of CSCC; to act as a source of technical information; to establish rules and regulations covering all activities of CSCC; to provide and regulate events and exhibitions of Corvettes; and to encourage careful and skillful driving on public highways; and to own personal property as needed for the foregoing purposes.”
